Specific scope, fees, payment schedules, and deliverables for all design projects will be detailed in a separate written Design Services Agreement executed between Meiger and the Client. These website Terms apply to your general use of the website and do not supersede the terms of any signed Design Services Agreement.
You agree to use the Meiger website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website. For design services, you agree to provide timely and accurate information, access to the project location, and necessary approvals as required by the Design Services Agreement.
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, design portfolios, and software, is the exclusive property of Meiger or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Meiger Design IP: All original designs, concepts, drawings, mood boards, specifications, and other creative works developed by Meiger for a project (the "Design IP") remain the intellectual property of Meiger until the Client has paid all fees and outstanding balances in full as specified in the Design Services Agreement. Upon full payment, Meiger grants the Client a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Design IP solely for the purposes of the specific project and location. Meiger retains the right to use project photos and the underlying concepts for its portfolio and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
