Victoria Road Classic Home sets a new benchmark for luxury home transformation in Cheshire. Completed in early 2021, this project reimagines a traditional residence as a bright, contemporary villa seamlessly connected to the outdoors.

Focusing on the most cherished family spaces, we preserved the home’s historic character while introducing refined modern living. A bold, haute ceiling design redefines the spatial experience, creating a striking visual breakthrough that contrasts and elevates the original structure. Complemented by new outdoor kitchens and a fully equipped private gym, the home now perfectly balances wellness, entertaining, and everyday elegance.

Natural light, clean architectural lines, and elevated materiality breathe new life into the classic structure, enhancing flow, functionality, and year-round enjoyment. Celebrated within the local design community, Victoria Road Classic House stands as a testament to Meiger’s ability to honour heritage while boldly shaping the future—a home that feels rooted in its past yet beautifully reimagined for modern living.
